Project overview
Organised by the Q Guild of Butchers, these prestigious awards have run for more than 30 years and recognise and reward the UK’s finest craft butchery products. ECHO have worked with Q Guild since 2022 to help promote both the awards and the winning butchers from across the UK.
Objective
ECHO’s role is to champion these award-winning butchers, in addition to helping grow the profile of the awards themselves. With the winning butchers coming from as north as Greenock down to Portsmouth on the South coast in 2022, ECHO implemented individual PR campaigns for each winning butcher in 12 different locations across the UK, generating 47 pieces of regional press, trade and broadcast coverage.
